How Berger Rewards work?

Our loyal customers are rewarded with a 2% Cash Back for all their purchase. Wait, but what is a Cash Back? It means that Maison Berger Philippines is returning to the shopper a certain percentage of the total price paid.

How to get the Cash Back?

• To earn your cash back, visit us at maison-berger.ph to get to experience these amazing rewards.
• Choose your favorite Maison Berger Products that ranges from Catalytic Lamps, Reed diffuser, Mist diffuser and Car diffusers.
• Add to cart and input your mobile number to complete order and earn points.

• You will receive an SMS confirming your earned points.

Check your Cash Back or Cash Back Redemption

• To redeem your Berger Rewards or to check your balance, click the widget found on the lower right hand corner of our site's home page.

 

• Enter your active local mobile number, tick the box to accept the terms and conditions, and click Submit.

(Important note : The mobile number entered should be the identical number used upon the registration step)

• After submission, a One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP in the allocated field.

(Important Note : If you did not receive an OTP from MBergerPH within 2 minutes, click Resend Code.)

• Valid points would mean your redeemable rewards. Pending points would mean earned points but still didn’t went through the 48 hour clearing period upon purchase.

• If you want to redeem your Berger Rewards, fill in the In the Redeem Points field. Enter the desired points for redemption.

• After submission, a One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP in the allocated field.

(Important Note : If you did not receive an OTP from MBergerPH within 2 minutes, click Resend Code.)

• You would see this from your screen; this means that your points are now converted to a coupon that will be applied upon checkout. Click Use to apply it to your cart.

 

• Scroll up to Your Points section and click OK to confirm usage of the coupon upon checkout.

• As you check out, you should see a coupon and the corresponding to the amount redeemed, this will reflect as a discount that is applied to your grand total.
